Petronas F1: Mercedes-AMG Mobile Helmet Campaign

This high-octane campaign required a surgical approach to audio post-production to match the prestige of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas brand. My primary focus was creating a balanced, immersive soundscape that honored the intensity of the track while maintaining crystal-clear communication. I worked in lockstep with both the brand and the agency to ensure their vision was realized, meticulously cleaning up on-site dialogue and leveling the mix for mobile platforms. The standout challenge was the sound of the car itself; leveraging my private library, I integrated genuine hybrid-era engine recordings to authentically recreate the visceral roar of the W-series navigating sharp corners and accelerating away. The result is a high-fidelity experience that brings the viewer right into the cockpit alongside Lewis Hamilton.

This was an incredibly dynamic project that required the audio to evolve as the race transitioned through various British landscapes. I had a fantastic time blending original location recordings with studio-grade Foley and specialized bike sounds from my library to capture the mechanical rhythm of the peloton. By weaving these textures together with a driving musical score. It was a joy to see and hear the piece come to life as it traveled through the heart of the UK.

Costa Coffee: Pre-Paralympics Campaign

For this fast-paced Costa Coffee campaign, the goal was to capture the on-the-go energy leading up to the Paralympics. I focused on the tactile sounds of the morning rush: recreating the specific pour of the drinks, the rhythmic thud of a runner’s pace, and the heavy pneumatic hiss of a bus pulling away. The challenge lay in balancing these aggressive, real-world sound effects with clear dialogue to ensure the promotional message never got lost in the movement. It is a punchy, rhythmic mix and has a whole load of comedy, something that I love adding to my mixes. This was one of a wider set but I particularly love this for for it's satisfying ending and delicate foley sounds.

For SCAYLE, the objective was to define a new sonic territory that felt both cutting-edge and commercially grounded. I was tasked with developing a digital identity that mirrored their brand values by merging current tech aesthetics with a professional corporate finish. By focusing on clean, minimalist UI sounds and a sophisticated sonic logo, I was able to create a cohesive audio language that makes the SCAYLE platform feel intuitive, modern, and high-end.
